What a great thrill to share with all of you an experience designed with so much love for our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being! We invite you with open arms to the Bootcamp Fit organized by Posadas Eva, Fit by Yorman, and Titanium Fitness in the beautiful paradise of Los Roques.

It will be 3 days and 2 nights to disconnect, heal, and renew your energy, on a tentative date of July 10 to 12, 2026, where well-being truly has no limits or distinctions. ​​ What do you need to be part of this beautiful experience? Absolutely everyone is welcome. No previous experience, specific fitness level, or prior membership in our community is required. Our only wish is that you bring:

• Lots of desire to enjoy, learn, and give yourself some quality time.

• (Optional but recommended) Follow the Instagram accounts that make this possible so we can start connecting: @posadaseva, @fit.yor, and @titaniumfitnessc. ​ Our Home in Los Roques We will stay in three traditional posadas full of human warmth: Posada Eva, El Recuerdo, and Tropicana. We want to be very transparent and tell you that the essence of this trip is to live the traditional, connect with the simple, and fill ourselves with good vibes, so these posadas offer an authentic and welcoming experience, far from luxury.

(Note: If anyone feels more at ease or prefers a luxury posada for their rest, don't worry at all! We can gladly arrange it for a different cost so you feel 100% comfortable and at peace). ​ What wonders does our plan include?

• Delicious nutrition: Breakfasts, lunches (beach lunch box), and warm 2-course dinners.

• Comfort by the sea: Coolers with ice, awnings, and private chairs on all the cayos so you can rest from the sun safely.

• Exploration: Transfers to the paradisiacal cayos Madrisky, Noronky, and Saki Saki.

• Holistic well-being: Energizing fruit station, 30 minutes of daily meditation, and lovely talks on nutrition, longevity (anti-aging), and the essence of Los Roques life.

• Connectivity: Internet courtesy of Starlink, in case you need to reach your loved ones at any time. ​ Investment (Designed with empathy for your peace of mind) We know how important financial peace of mind is, so we have designed a very comfortable plan so you can attend without pressure:

• Airfare: USD 270 per person (includes 10 kg baggage). So that we can make the most of every ray of sun, outbound flights will be at 7:00 a.m. and the return at 5:00 p.m. We value your freedom: if you prefer to arrange your tickets on your own, feel totally free to do so! What we want most is your company.

• Stay (All Inclusive): USD 380 per person.   A note on payments: To maintain transparency and make logistics easier for everyone, we kindly let you know that all payments are made in foreign currency (hard currency).

• Payment plans: You can pay in installments! We have a 3-month financing schedule. After a single initial payment in March to guarantee your spots with the ticket, the stay is divided into three gentle installments of $126 during the months of April, May, and June.

About the accommodations: Because of the fellowship nature of this camp, room assignments could be shared in our 3 posadas (www.posadaeva.com, www.posadaelrecuerdo.com, www.posadatropicana.com). Remember that we will experience comfort within the traditional, the simple, and a good spirit. ​​ Are you ready to treat yourself to this experience?
